PRIZE GUILDBack to Drop

LOOT DROP #001 RULES

Version 1.0Effective 2 October 2026 at 19:00 UK time

1. Promoter and applicable terms

Prize Guild Ltd, company number 17404758, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, runs this free prize draw. Contact [email protected]. These Drop rules apply alongside Prize Guild’s current Terms of Use and Privacy Notice. The Founders Drop Rules apply only to the completed Founders Drop.

2. Prize and entry period

One winner will receive one Pokémon TCG: Mega Evolution—Pitch Black Elite Trainer Box, as specified on the Loot Drop #001 prize page when entry opens. There is no cash alternative. Standard delivery to a confirmed UK address is free. The prize is not transferable.

Entry opens on Friday 2 October 2026 at 19:00 and closes on Friday 9 October 2026 at 19:00, UK local time. Entries outside that period are not accepted.

3. Who can enter

Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom, with their own Prize Guild account and verified email address. They must complete the account’s age and UK-residency declarations and agree to the current Terms of Use and these Drop rules before entering. Directors, shareholders and staff of Prize Guild Ltd, and people living in their households, cannot enter. Prize Guild may request reasonable proof of eligibility from a potential winner.

4. Free entry and limits

Entry is completely free. No purchase, payment, question, social-media action or Founder status is required. During the opening period, an eligible person signs in, reads the rules and presses the free-entry confirmation button. Creating an account or voting in the Guild poll is not an entry.

Each person may make one valid entry, through one account. There is no fixed overall limit on the number of eligible people who can enter. A valid entry receives a competition entry number on screen. A Founder number is separate and provides no extra chance of winning.

5. Draw and result

After closing, Prize Guild will reconcile the accepted entry numbers and remove only entries that breach published eligibility or entry rules. One winner will be selected using a verifiably random process from the valid numbered entries. Prize Guild will retain the draw list and selection evidence. The draw will take place within seven days after entry closes, and the potential winner will be notified by email within one day of the draw.

6. Claim, verification and delivery

Prize Guild will make reasonable efforts to contact the potential winner using their registered email address. The winner should respond within 14 days of the first notification and provide information reasonably needed to verify eligibility and arrange UK delivery. If the prize remains unclaimed after reasonable contact attempts, or the selected entry is invalid, Prize Guild may select another winner by the same method from the remaining valid entries. The prize will normally be delivered within 30 days of confirming the winner and, for the first selected winner who completes verification within the claim period, no later than 30 November 2026. If a replacement winner is needed, delivery will be arranged within 30 days of confirming that winner. Prize Guild will tell the winner promptly about any delivery problem and agree a reasonable solution.

7. Winner information and privacy

Prize Guild intends to announce the winning entry number and, unless the winner has objected, limited winner details such as a first name and general area. To demonstrate that a valid award took place, we may also make the winner’s surname and county available on request where appropriate. Entrants can object before the draw, or ask us to reduce the information published or made available, by emailing [email protected]. We will respect that request; we may still need to provide the winning entry and evidence to the Advertising Standards Authority if challenged. The winner does not have to take part in photographs, videos or other publicity.

8. Fair administration

Prize Guild may reject entries involving duplicate accounts, automation, fraud, false eligibility information or a material breach of these rules, based on evidence and without arbitrary disqualification. A technical display error does not cancel an entry accepted by Prize Guild’s trusted records. Prize Guild will not change the closing date merely because entry numbers are lower than expected. If circumstances outside its reasonable control make a change necessary, it will act fairly and communicate the reason.

9. Data and contact

The Privacy Notice explains how entrant data is used to administer the draw, verify eligibility, contact the winner and evidence the award. For questions, email [email protected].
